Who we are

Chimere Ogudu is the Founder of Peach AI, focused on modernizing operational workflows inside financial institutions. He works with financial institutions to identify where operational friction, risk, and revenue leakage occur, then designs automation systems that integrate into existing infrastructure.

Chimere previously worked in Sales & Trading at Scotiabank, executing FX products and contributing to the launch of Scotiabank’s CLO warehousing business by building internal P&L and workflow infrastructure. At RBC Capital Markets, he led the development of a transaction automation tool that improved efficiency by 37%.

Blending capital markets experience with 0–1 AI product development, Chimere builds practical automation systems for complex, regulated environments.

Kirtes Bharti brings over 30 years of leadership experience across global financial institutions. He is currently COO and Co-Founder of Invictus Investment Partners in Hong Kong and previously served as Managing Director, Prime Services Sales and Trading at Scotiabank. His career includes senior roles at BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Nomura, Citi, and ING Barings.

Across these institutions, Kirtes led prime brokerage expansion, managed cross-border trading and financing operations, and oversaw regulatory and operational transformation initiatives. At Peach, he serves as Board Advisor, guiding institutional strategy and workflow design for capital markets clients.
